What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We need to go back to having a district manager and team leaders need to do a better job at helping their representatives. Don't just push recruiting. Help us make sales. Bring back our monthly meetings
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are way too many representatives now with Avon. Only way to make money is to recruit more and more. Makes it unfair to us reps who are already having a hard time finding customers. Plus the price of everything keeps going up. $6 for shipping when you can go online and get it free?!?!
