What makes me most happy at work is that a lot of parties are thrown to keep people's spirits up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I cannot really say, but I live in an economically depressed neighborhood and so it is really difficult to sell and I do not have many opportunities.
