If our last yearly benefits would not be lessened by cost of living. We have lost so many great benefits due to rearranging the ways of production an changes in management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Set up meetings in our local areas so we can resolve more of our problems face to face an get actions faster. We can't solve these problems at online conferences. It's not nearly as productive for either of us as employees nor as management.
