Basically it's been pleasent, and sometimes unnerving.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making lot's of money, and friendships. you make.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That she was very excited to have me on board and to get started imeadiatley
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Empowering woman, helping them make a little extra money, and the fact that woman mostly support each other by nature, "most"
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
It's mostly a solo job, you only really interact with co-workers at monthly meetings and extra things such as sponsered events.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Even though I work for Avon, they can be very disorganized, and short of product, which upsets customers expecting there orders by a certain time. Also Iv'e recently learned that they test on animals, so I won't be an Avon lady anymore.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having my orders delivered to me on time, without me having to get a ride all the way to the warehouse to go through boxes looking for mine, only to get it home and it's missing things, plus more money and perks.
