I love dealing with my customers, they are the best part.

I get to help in my community and help my customers find products to make their life easier.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about the quality of the product we provide, and for our customers. Keeping the Avon name in good standing.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I sat with another Independent Representative who was so kind as to help me with learning the ins and outs of selling Avon.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am paid by commission, so my wages depend on how much product I sell. I also like that I qualify for benefits even if I am only working part-time.
