What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I don't even know who the manager and executives are. 30 minute wait for phone support only to not be able to understand her and she disconnected me. Chat support was better but he could not provide any assistance due to my problems being the constant change for the worse. Progress is good not this

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Avon needs to pay to keep the good employess after so many have been laid off
The managers to be more involved in the working tasks of the people; to be provided with a job description (update it accoording to the current state), have a more transparent performance evaluation process
Need to do more using direct sales and the virus basically destroyed that concept.
I got 50% of my target bonus this year because the company didn't perform well. I was told that the merit increase 2-3% is great enough for someone who work really hard.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
To be more accountable and responsible
plotters, rumors, lies, betrayal, no team spirit
Lack of motivation, weariness lack of quality leadership
They need to civilize them selves.
It's mostly a solo job, you only really interact with co-workers at monthly meetings and extra things such as sponsered events.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Remove all employee who are low performers
Recognition of underlying issues. Transparency as opposed to good news culture
Better management instead of Germans.
Hire better managers, provide better benefits, build a better HR team (current HR members care little about employees), be better financially positioned (they will let you go without notice).
Better management, more opportunities to make $ and easier promotions.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers never get their products because its akwTs out of stock
People think Avon products are for senior people. I think we need to work on brand images.
improve UX & simplify business model
I think i covered it all. Products constantly being changed/discontinued, inadequate customer support, website difficult to navigate, lost over 100 customer contacts because they do not use email, lost dozens of customers because their products were discontinued, representatives are quitting
screaming, swearing, threatening, disliking and such

More people with experience being hired
