  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    The problem isn't with my pay per say, it's how much more contractors get paid for the same job. I get it makes up for the uncertainty, but contractors come to me for expertise and get paid triple what I do, it doesn't seem fair
