Mr. Steven R. Markevich, also known as Steve, has been Executive Vice President and President of Transportation Coatings & Greater China at Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. since September 30, 2015. Mr. Markevich served as the President of Transportation Coatings at Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. since July 2015 until September 30, 2015. He served as Senior Vice President at Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. since June 25, 2013 until September 30, 2015. He served as the President of OEM Coatings Segment at Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. since June 25, 2013 until July 2015. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of GKN Driveline Headquarters Ltd. since October 2012. He also served as Chief Executive Officer of GKN Driveline International Gmbh. From July 2010 to August 2012, he was President, GKN Sinter Metals, responsible for global operations. From October 2007 to July 2010, Mr. Markevich served as President, North American Operations for GKN Sinter Metals and began his tenure with GKN in 2007 as Vice President, Sales & Marketing. He joined GKN in 2007. He held senior positions at Siegel-Robert Automotive and Guardian Automotive. At Siegel-Robert Automotive, he led the company's commercial strategy, sales, account and program management initiatives. While at Guardian Automotive, Mr. Markevich served in numerous leadership roles and was responsible for all senior level customer relationships. His career began at Deloitte & Touche consulting and the National Steel Corporation. He has completed the Global Senior Leadership Program at UCLA. He is a Member of the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA) and the American Powder Metallurgy Institute International (APMI), all in USA. He is a Certified Public Accountant of the State of Michigan and certified in Production & Inventory Management (CPIM). He holds a BBA in Finance and Management from the University of Michigan, USA. Mr. Markevich holds a Finance Degree from University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
