So far so good, after 1 month in. I am finding a lot of things needing attention, but nothing insurmountable by any stretch.

International perspective. Self-sufficient. Technically inclined. Many are new and eager to improve the efficiencies and evolution of Axcient.

The autonomy and opportunity I have been provided to make a difference in the success of those around me.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My boss was responsive, easy to coordinate with and unencumbered by red-tape. We were direct and transparent, both directions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is near market-rate for Denver and the medical insurance premiums are covered significantly more, even for my family, than I've witnessed in most cases.
