Axicent has been a huge opportunity for me. There is always room for improvement as the employees at large is not always aware of critical changes. It would be nice to implement company wide procedures to help has go from a small business to large business.

High growth potential in terms of self-development. You have to want it though!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO is not afraid to get his hands dirty so you really get to know him well. The original founder is stuck in "small business" mode so he has a tendency to disrupt processes unnecessarily. Basically there's good and bad on the leadership team.
