Have a global perspective. Take a stand/decision on Asia. Too many acquisitions focused on enhancing Axway brand value. But none contribute to real revenue. Asia business needs more focus and if this is a region you want to be in or not.
Pay for performance, stronger remote work and hybrid work benefits/financial support.
Keeping up with the market would be nice.
No direction and vision for Asia business. After being in Asia for more than a decade if you cannot consolidate and grow in this market it is a clear indication of the leaderships failure.
Better Salary and Benefits
Good team dedicated and hard working.
No trust on employees. Always need French "spy" in all departments. Very poor culture and attitude. Cannot see eye to eye with US associates.
