
I've had a long and varied career path spanning multiple companies and several industries, and the culture at Aya Healthcare already far exceeds anything I have encountered previously. A few of the suggestions that have been made in the past are already being enacted. For example, because we hire ambitious people who want to advance their careers, everyone wants to know "how do I move up in this organization?" Aya has developed leadership training to support career growth. My advice would be to ramp that up even more!
