What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Creating a clear vision for the company and helping the staff understand how to get there. Establishing clear overall agency management structure.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Very generous. Company nearly completely covers employee and I hear there is even some support for spouse and dependents (doesn’t apply to me)

Nice people who are easy to work with

One of he most talented teams I have ever worked with. Also we always have each other’s back. We are in it together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
all they do is complain and show off fancy degrees that have nothing to do with their jobs. so progressive they're regressive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s very entrepreneurial and centered around people first. If you have drive, passion and vision you will excel here.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Hire more diverse talent pls
get rid of all toxic people

The people and the work. We do great work and are always working to be better and the people we do it with are among the best in the industry.
