It is very competitive. In addition, the company increases the compensation yearly and the reward is based on performance.

They practice what they preach. When they say that they value employees, they actually mean it and demonstrate this through their actions. Best leadership team I have seen in a while!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is warm and easy. It is very positive. Breakfast is provided every day. Juice and soda are there in plenty. We have a place to take a nap. We are even given chewing gum and sweets!
