What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything offered is better than the regular industry standard
long term incentive each year
Even though I don't ever make use of it I like knowing that if I need to I can work from home or come in a little later because of a medical appointment, or leave earlier because of something time sensitive. There aren't strict timings as long as the work gets done.
Training package that allows for my Academic progression. Compensation on work done over holidays.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HAVING A TOXIC MANAGER WHO FAVOURS PEOPLE
Underpaid, micro managed, sidelined, bullied.
Career progression isn't clear and I think I can definitely do better in a leadership position given my experience leading teams.
I don't feel undervalued, but there isn't a complete benefits package
There is a lot of work but compensation isn't parallel to that kind of work.

What are some of the best things about your team?
They work hard and have a positive attitude.
Our manager motivates us to thrive in our roles and also challenges us by giving us responsibilities where we develop and learn new skills.
We are always on the same page with transparency and great teamwork
We always have time for each other, if we need help with something we can get guidance.
Inclusivity- everybody is a team player. Leadership- we all practice leadership within our teams.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work with the best product team the company has ever had. I hope they see the value we add someday soon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The diversity and the flexibility.
We're all aiming towards the same goal, people are always willing to help.
The environment is extremely conducive

Less ego, less micro managing, less bullying.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers and panel members were very professional
the communication and the way i ve been welcomed
It was very open and practical
It took at least three stages to come out with the best candidate.
There are multiple stages for you to present yourself both from a personal perspective as well as a professional one.

I trust the entire team. I am confident that all my duties and responsibilities and inquiries will be handled.
Working on something new and challenging and being able to take responsibility for things.
Doing what i love most and getting my leaders to support me in this. Personal growth is taken seriously.
