There is openness in communication
The culture is warm and easy. It is very positive. Breakfast is provided every day. Juice and soda are there in plenty. We have a place to take a nap. We are even given chewing gum and sweets!
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Less ego, less micro managing, less bullying.
