What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part about the compensation package is the base pay. The other elements are pretty underwhelming.

They offer competitive packages for the jobs. But they seriously need to look into retaining great talents.

No 401K match, but vision care is $0.

Most tech companies have an established equity program (ours is still TBD) and unlimited vacation. Vacation policy allows 2 weeks in first year. However, one of the weeks MUST be used during company shut down between Christmas and New Year's or you end up needing to take unpaid leave. Not cool.
