Open, collaborative communications. It also doesn't hurt that we are growing 50% year over year! (but even when we weren't growing as fast, the team really stuck together to make sure we improved)
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive of one another. No one tolerates gossip or politics in the office. We all work well together and are open to discuss and disagree to come to better solutions.

An opportunity for both the company and the candidate to really get to know us. Know what's working, what needs to be improved, and what can they do to help us improve and grow.
