Sometimes we need to be reminded f things that we forget when we are stressed. We also need to learn news things to keep update.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like we are not paid enough. We work very hard and we are busy all day. I just don't believe we are paid enough for all of the responsibility we have. We are caring for people's children. That's a lot of responsibility.
