Executive Bio

Mark Potter has served as our chief information security officer since early 2021. He brings experience from over 29 years working in information security, governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and data protection and privacy program design and implementation. Mark previously served as the chief information security officer for both NewWave Telecom & Technologies and Danya International, where he was responsible for the security and privacy of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services’ Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Office of Head Start, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid federal systems. He is an IAPP Fellow of Information Privacy and holds over 30 security, privacy, and risk management certifications.
