Best leadership in the Bay Area. Estaff is very down to earth. They listen and help.
They are down to earth and transparent.

They are all so very involved in the company, and very hands-on, very friendly
The leadership team is honest and very patient. They have an open door policy and are always willing to help out.
While there's probably some company "politics" somewhere, I haven't encountered it. Also, the leadership makes a lot of effort to be transparent about what's going on in the company, and educate employees about areas they might not be familiar with.
