He served as General Counsel of QinetiQ Consulting Pty Ltd. since April 2004 and its Vice President since April 27, 2005. He served as Assistant Secretary of QinetiQ Consulting Pty Ltd. from April 2004 to 2011 and serves as its Executive Director. He is a Member of Colorado Bar, Law Society of Upper Canada, Colorado Bar Association, American Bar Association, American Corporate Counsel Association and Canadian Bar Association. He received an Award of Ball Corporation Award of Excellence, in 2003. He received master of business administration, from University of Denver in 2001; and completed bar admission course, from Law Society of Upper Canada, Toronto in 1983. Mr. Baker holds Juris Doctor from University of Toronto in 1981 and Bachelor's degree in Economics from University of Cambridge, United Kingdom in 1978.
