Bandwidth covers the healthcare premium. Co-pays are low. And in health emergencies, all we have to pay is a $500 out-of-pocket.

I love that BW pays for 100% medical, dental, vision and also focuses on the extra stuff like meeting with a dietitian, career coach, financial planner!

They are very proactive with adjusting comp for positions to make sure we are paying in line with market and performance

Having a kid is free! Bandwidth pays for the expenses associated with childbirth! Bandwidth loves families!

A whole change in the governance methods

Being paid fairly and not having to deal with teams being understaffed because they can make a lateral move to another company for 20k more and not lose benefits.

Bandwidth uses for paid benefits as an excuse not to pay market price for their human assets. Raises are stingy and have to be timed to avoid losing the standard market increase each year.
