We are encouraged and rewarded when we workout and do things to better ourselves.

It is very supportive yet challenging, you are able to raise her hand if you have too much on your plate or if you need assistance but are challenged to innovate and push boundaries!

We really focus on the whole person and making sure people can lead full lives
