When I started we were private and small. And now we're public and mid-sized. The corporate culture has remained strong and the new hires are right in line with the culture we're trying to promote. Can't say enough positive things about how we grew this much and still stuck to our core values

We are encouraged and rewarded when we workout and do things to better ourselves.
What makes you most happy at work?
Fitness lunch. We're given an hour and a half for lunch when we work out.

We've got a dynamic cross-functional team who all works for the same mission, but on different projects.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bandwidth covers the healthcare premium. Co-pays are low. And in health emergencies, all we have to pay is a $500 out-of-pocket.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They've made a lot of improvements since I was hired. But I feel like we put interviewees through a long and hard day.
