I wish I knew that clients perceive us as a true hospital when in fact, we are more of a clinic. Clients are constantly angry because we are not equipped to handle complex surgery or critical care.

Not at all secure. The turnover rate in the call center and hospitals is so high that you end up wondering why those people are leaving.
