Mr. Russell A. Colombo, also known as Russ, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Bank of Marin BanCorp since July 1, 2006. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Bank of Marin Bancorp since July 15, 2005. Mr. Colombo served as an Executive Vice President and Branch Administrator of Bank of Marin since March 2004. Prior to Bank of Marin, he had 29 years of banking experience and served as Senior Vice President and Group Manager in the San Francisco office of Comerica Bank for six years. Prior to Comerica, he served as Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Union Bank of California for 19 years. He served as Chairman of Western Independent Bankers Association since April 2015 and its Director since 2011. He has been a Director of Bank of Marin Bancorp. since 2006. He serves as a Director of Bank of Marin. He also serves on the Board of Hanna Boys Center. He serves as a Member of Advisory Counsel of Buckelew Programs. Mr. Colombo holds a B.S. in Agricultural Economics & Business Management from University of California, Davis and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Golden Gate University.
