We all get along and have a good time while at work deter away from the hostility and toxic management

It is commonly known in organizational theory that it is the leader who sets the “tone and culture” of a group
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The CEO is who it really starts with. She doesn't seem to care about how horribly levels of management treat their employees.
