Team members are skillful, helpful, respect each other views. Unnecessary politics played by Managers, Leads causing chaos in the team

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employee benefits are very minimal and also the website where these benefits are accessed are not user friendly. Payroll website is worst website i ever seen in my life. Still paper bills are accepted where world is changed to digital.
