They really care about the people they manage
they are supportive, but not all the time

Communication, direction and providing opportunities for their employees
Provide clear cut directions, derive strong guidelines and standards. Govern the implementation process. Don't blindly accept Manager viewpoints

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employee benefits are very minimal and also the website where these benefits are accessed are not user friendly. Payroll website is worst website i ever seen in my life. Still paper bills are accepted where world is changed to digital.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Good team working. Some Talented people
Everyone helps each other out
Diversity, inclusion, and relaxed culture
Team members are skillful, helpful, respect each other views. Unnecessary politics played by Managers, Leads causing chaos in the team

trust and face to face communication even if its for criticism.

It was friendly and welcoming, not an interrogation

People in my team, good team culture
Helping customers and especially if you can turn a negative experience into a positive one for them
fruits on wednesdays and fridays
