What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Spending time actually talking with people in the field. There is such a huge disconnect between what senior managwnt thinks is going on and what is really going on. There is a tremendous amount of dissension among the workers and management.

10 percent company match on the 401K.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation for the massive amount of overtime that is worked by everyone. Salaried people get screwed royally because they regularly work more than 60hrs per week.

Innovation - We are known for developing new tools and engineered plans that set the bar in our industry.
People help when needed.. sometimes work is difficult

Strange culture. Everyone is afraid to offer constructive criticism for fear of repercussions. And for good reason. Don't rock the boat or you will be tossed overboard. Slow to change, fails to recognize competition, Corporate controls all pricing, lots of internal conflict.

Senior leaders are out of touch. The support center is an oxymoron. Too small to compete with the big guys, too big to compete with the small guys.
