Yes, we have a program called Giveback@cuda where twice a year everyone is offered an opportunity to participate in a big project but each office does their own volunteer work too, we do a lot around the holidays especially

No, however I really think they should introduce this. Many companies offer a certain number of "Charity / Volunteer" days per year - I think this is really important to show the company cares.
