Down to earth managers, didnt' feel like an interrogation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked as assistant manager for over 2 years (6 months acting manager) and STILL not paid what initially offered, let alone a raise. Forced to work ridiculous hours with a skeleton crew.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Common sense and responding to issues. I brought some serious issues up to the HEAD of HR as well as other top people and it's been 1.5 months and they still haven't gotten back to me on anything after my initial meeting.
