Promoting teamwork. Getting production staff invested in the company and it's goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees not in production seem very happy and appropriately compensated. The atmosphere is pleasant.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In pharma formulation, we handle active ingredients that cost up to a quarter million dollars per container on a regular basis. Given that we are trained to do such a critically important job and handle such valuable product, more than $12/hr would be appropriate. At least $15/hour for shift work.
