Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my male counterparts on average are paid at a higher salary rate. I do twice the work and worker longer hours and I am paid a lower salary.

In pharma formulation, we handle active ingredients that cost up to a quarter million dollars per container on a regular basis. Given that we are trained to do such a critically important job and handle such valuable product, more than $12/hr would be appropriate. At least $15/hour for shift work.

Positive feedback is given along with constructive improvement advice. Things get stressful as it is high-paced and highly regulated, but teammates are supportive as well as the leadership.
