The leadership often seeks input from employees in making decisions that affect their jobs. Feedback on improvements to the processes is encouraged from the top down.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive feedback is given along with constructive improvement advice. Things get stressful as it is high-paced and highly regulated, but teammates are supportive as well as the leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that my male counterparts on average are paid at a higher salary rate. I do twice the work and worker longer hours and I am paid a lower salary.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am proud of the work we do at Baxter. Our company mission is to save and sustain lives. That mission becomes part of your everyday work life and you feel as though your work has a global impact.
