We all encourage each other to bring our best selves to work, and if we are having a difficult day, our leadership and management is quick to do check ins and see how they can help. The diversity and culture across the system has grown so much, and HR does a great job of highlighting diversity.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was interviewed in a very comfortable manner. I was asked task/situation-based questions mostly, as well as some "get to know you" typical interview questions. This approach seems to work well as management mostly hires competent people who fit in well with the rest of the department.

Saving a patient's life is always top priority and makes for an excellent day! Helping provide a new diagnosis that then allows the caregiver to accurately treat the patient or improve the patient's quality of life. General respect shown towards by coworkers and the general positivity shown by all.
