The travel industry is challenging and has changed so much in the 41 years I've been in it. It is not easy and not an industry I would recommend anyone to go into but my company is the best travel management company to work for and I am fortunate to be an employee and plan to finish my career here.

They are approachable and do not place themselves on the title pedestal.

We are a family and treat each other well. Our strongest asset is our people!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In my position I get an annual bonus based on performance of our company and my contribution to how we performed.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to assist a fellow employee whether it is helping them find an answer or mentoring to help further career growth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our people make our company a great place to work. We all pitch in when needed and support each other. We are a team!
