I've been with the company now for 11 years and haven't thought about leaving! That must say something.

I feel I should be paid more for what I do.

We all have our own strengths and we use them to make our team stronger.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the freedom to voice what I like doing and given the opportunity to pursue that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview wasn't so formal and I got on well with the interviewer from the start.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They've really stepped up their line of communication with employees since the pandemic, which is much needed. They've been as open and transparent as they can be.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
BCD is very flexible and my managers are very understanding. Many of us work virtually. I'm not micromanaged and I know I'm trusted to do my work.
