I have been with the company for many years and overall am pleased but there is a lot of work to be done and it can get stressful but overall I do like the flexibility of working from home. I wish I could get more feedback from my manager on a more regular basis and I wish we had more staff

being able to be productive
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the flexibility to work from home at least two days a week
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
currently there is too many work to be done and we are short staffed, and yet the expectation is that you have to get it done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
everyone is in it for themselves, everyone else wants information and they want it right away, without regard to what it takes to get that information
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like they fact that they strive to put information out there, whether it's making and sending videos doing silly things, or whether it's during the annual holiday luncheon when they give away gifts.
