You are rewarded when you do a good job. I have given a great deal to the company and have been promoted often. I have never been a monthly COE winner and feel people do not take the time to nominate as they should when a job exceeds expectations consistently.

all the new tools and products being introduced for the new year. Exciting times.
What makes you most happy at work?
watching small successes with each individual on my team. That is reflective that I am successfully managing them as individuals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
not to have to pay so high and have such high deductibles on medical. Consistently paid lower than my position in the market I live in and the experience I have in my role. Adjustments should be made accordingly and fairly.
