Work Life Balance. Its amazing. My schedule allows me to lead a healthy lifestyle while accomplishing my goals at work

The transparency of where we are as a company and what we have to do to be viable in the future

I am doing work at a Director level and being as a manager. In my department since we are overhead the growth is not as prevalent in others
