What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I always feel like we are evolving, so it is never dull. We have many employees working virtually which allows us to retain great talent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
If you are successful in your job you will be compensated. BCD will always find a way to take care of their employees.In my 21 years here, there was only ONE year that I didn't receive a merit increase because the economy was so bad, but they made up for it by granting me an additional week off.
