Open, forthright, willing to challenge status quo and spark debate for the greater good of the team. Diversity of experience, background, cultures, gender.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I truly believe I'm paid on par with male counterparts and have been fortunate to receive high percentages of my bonus plan each year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're encouraged to offer solutions and test ideas in the spirit of "fail forward," meaning the only bad idea is not to have an idea. Initiators, dreamers, thinkers are celebrated for their boldness.,, even if the idea isn't best suited to a company need.
