I don't feel undervalued just think starting pay could be $22.00 or more per hour.

We all pitch in to help each other. Everyone is nice and wants to see our team succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That even though we are virtual agents everyone still communicates daily as if they were sitting next to you in a call center setting.
