I've worked for a few places in my life. Food industry, the military, and other TMC's not closely related to BCD. And I've said several times since being here under a year, that I wish I found this place sooner.

The clients that we serve daily. They're great.

They're very knowledgeable, and caring. I wouldn't choose anyone different for the job.

The rate of pay, for the amount of work required of us. I feel honored to be here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
BCD allows us to interact with us, and just recently they acquired webcams so we can have more human interaction.
