Recognition and value. Knowing that I did something great and made a big difference in my customer's travel program, and that my efforts are valued and appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know I am underpaid in the industry based on recruiters who have approached me from competitors. I stay with BCD though because I believe in this company. I would feel better if i was more recognized for my achievements and pay was brought in line for my role.
