In my 14 years at BCD Travel, I have been given numerous opportunities to grow my career. Management has always had my back, and I am thankful for the direction my path at BCD Travel has taken.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Communication. While many of us work from home or different offices, the way we continue to communicate really keeps up the positivity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work together very well and bring many great ideas to the table. We all like to help each other out and see each other succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Friendly, all the while still keeping the focus. It doesn't feel intimidating to go to management with a question or suggestion as they are always willing to help and consider change.
What makes you most happy at work?
I work in customer service, so most of the time the client comes to us with a concern. I am happy when I can give that client back the faith in our company by resolving an issue quickly and efficiently.
