What do you like best about the leadership team?

I have worked for other agencies. BCD is the best! I appreciate that our leadership team takes the time to listen and is willing to make changes for the better.

The salary could be better considering the experience , to have the same salary as someone who doesnt have experience, doesnt make sense.
