I love collaborating with my colleagues. Trying to find ways to solve problems and improve processes are when I am happiest.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, as a new mom, one of the most positive and important is the amount of flexibility that BCD gives me. I feel as though BCD is very support of my needs and goals. Not just my career goals, but they are supportive of the lifestyle that I strive for.
